We take you and your pups happiness seriously. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We offer full refunds on the unused portion of your kibble bag returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase (in its original packaging). Opened or unopened, no questions asked.
While we'd love to issue refunds on absolutely everything, we unfortunately are a small business. So, please keep your returns to just one kibble bag and note that we cannot issue refunds on treats or toppers.
