While we'd love to issue refunds on absolutely everything, we unfortunately are a small business. So, please keep your refund requests to just one kibble bag and note that we cannot issue refunds on treats or toppers.
Please also note that we do not accept any returns of our food. Because our products are a food items, once items have been shipped to you, we are no longer able to resell it. If you purchased a subscription with us, please be sure to make any changes you want BEFORE the order is placed.
