Heed is packed with good stuff, not unpronounceable stuff. Where some brands stop short with the bare essentials your pupper needs to survive, Heed contains nutrients and prebiotics to help them thrive.
It may seem like there are tons of dog foods to choose from. But when you see how we stack up against our competitors, you might find there’s only one.
Finally a food that he loves!!
We went through 4 store kibbles before finding heed foods. Our puppy has a sensitive stomach, and ultimately would either not be able to keep other kibbles down or would have extreme disinterest in her food. I found heed foods and decided to give it a shot based on the recognition of gut health/sensitive stomachs and the toppers for picky eaters (it sounded like they might know a puppy like ours!). Our sweet 6 month old dachshund is now gaining weight appropriately and has not thrown up since starting heed foods (we are thinking it may be a wheat allergy?). The vomit stopping may be a coincidence but we don’t mind since I no longer need to convince her to eat every meal!! My only note is that she only gets interested in her bowl if we add the toppers, but once interested she will finish her kibble too. We go through about 4 topper bags per 5lb of heed kibble if anyone has a similar picky eater. We will definitely be continuing with heed foods- thank you!
My dogs are have some diarrhea so right now, I am not sure. I actually make them home made dog food but I thought I would try this. They like the flavor.
02/18/2021My dogs love the Chicken recipe! I see noticeable improvement and consistency in their stools. I like that the ingredients are natural and not a bunch of fillers. And that its grain-inclusive!!
02/10/2021My little Frenchie is very picky and runs to Heed whenever we put some of the kibble in a bowl. Her eyes are magnetically drawn to the bag when we move it around the kitchen! Definitely a fan and will be returning.
